Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka's birthplace is Minsk which is located in Belarus. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her hockey-playing father. Aryna Sabalenka was born May 5, 1998 at Minsk Belarus. Aryna Sabalenka has twelve WTA Singles titles, one that was awarded the title Grand Slam during the Australian Open 2023. When it comes to doubles, she's also an outstanding player. She's won two majors along with Elise Mertens: her US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. The year she was born, she took home both in the WTA 1000 and Miami Open in Indian Wells with her Belgian Partner, who completed her Sunshine Double. Only four women's pairs have achieved this achievement. The Belarusian rose from second place to third on the singles world rankings on 23 August 2021. Her highest rank was achieved again in January 2023. In doubles, she climbed to number one following her win at Melbourne in February the same year. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 until the close of 2019 and also a part of early 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach for her from the month of August until September 2020. Since the end of 2020 she has been coached by her countryman Antonio Dubrov. Serena Williams is her role for a role model, closely then Maria Sharapova.
